What qualifies for a return or exchange due to quality issues?
• Wrong machine shipped -- Model or specifications differ from the confirmed contract
• Serious manufacturing defects -- Machine cannot function at all upon arrival and remote repair is not feasible
• Missing components -- Key parts absent that were included in the order
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic/video evidence. We will review each case and propose the most reasonable solution, which may include sending replacement parts, providing a partial refund, or arranging an exchange for eligible cases.
Who pays for return shipping costs in case of a quality dispute?
In most quality dispute cases, we find that sending replacement parts or providing technical repair guidance is far more practical and cost-effective than a full return for both parties. We always aim for the most efficient resolution.
