What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

How long does production take after I place an order?
Production lead time depends on the machine type and order quantity. Standard models: 7-15 working days. Custom or OEM orders: 15-25 working days. Large bulk orders: timeline will be confirmed in the contract. Can I inspect the machine before shipment?
Yes. We conduct a full quality inspection before every shipment and can provide you with inspection photos and videos. If you'd like a third-party inspection, we cooperate with SGS, BV and other internationally recognized inspection agencies -- please arrange and notify us in advance. You're also welcome to visit our factory in Shandong for an in-person pre-shipment inspection.

Who handles customs clearance and import duties?
We handle export customs clearance from China and provide all necessary export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE certificate, and certificate of origin (upon request). Import customs clearance and local import duties in your country are the buyer's responsibility. We can provide accurate HS codes and product descriptions to facilitate smooth customs processing. How is the machine packaged for international shipping?
All machines are packed using export-grade wooden crates or fumigation-free wooden pallets compliant with ISPM 15 international phytosanitary standards. What currency do you accept for payment?
All prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars). Bank wire transfers (T/T) are processed in USD to our company account. If you need pricing in another currency (EUR, GBP, AUD, etc.), we can provide reference conversions based on the current exchange rate, but the final contract amount will be fixed in USD to avoid exchange rate fluctuation risk for both parties.

What warranty do your machines come with?
All machines come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery (or 14 months from shipment date). The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts for defective components. Wear parts (blades, belts, brushes, etc.) are not covered under warranty but are available at low cost. Extended warranty arrangements can be discussed for large orders.

Do you provide installation and training for the machine?
Yes. Every order includes:

Returns & Exchange Policy

Understanding our policy for cross-border orders

Can I return a machine if I change my mind after delivery?
Due to the nature of heavy industrial machinery and the significant costs of international shipping and customs clearance, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or change-of-mind reasons. This is why we strongly encourage buyers to:

• Request detailed specifications, photos and videos before ordering
• Confirm voltage, dimensions and functional requirements in writing
• Conduct a pre-shipment inspection or request inspection reports

We take every step to ensure you receive exactly what was agreed upon in the contract. Our sales team is available to answer all questions before you commit to an order.
What qualifies for a return or exchange due to quality issues?
We accept return or exchange requests in the following situations:

Wrong machine shipped -- Model or specifications differ from the confirmed contract
Serious manufacturing defects -- Machine cannot function at all upon arrival and remote repair is not feasible
Missing components -- Key parts absent that were included in the order

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic/video evidence. We will review each case and propose the most reasonable solution, which may include sending replacement parts, providing a partial refund, or arranging an exchange for eligible cases.
Who pays for return shipping costs in case of a quality dispute?
If the return is due to our manufacturing error or quality defect confirmed by both parties, we will cover the cost of sending replacement parts or components. For full machine returns (which are rare for heavy machinery), shipping costs and logistics arrangements will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

In most quality dispute cases, we find that sending replacement parts or providing technical repair guidance is far more practical and cost-effective than a full return for both parties. We always aim for the most efficient resolution.
How do I file a complaint or quality dispute claim?
To file a quality claim, please contact your assigned sales representative directly via WhatsApp or email and provide:

1. Your order number and contract details
2. Clear photos and/or video showing the issue
3. A written description of the problem and how it was discovered
4. Date of delivery and delivery condition (note any visible packaging damage)
